Sadly, the background of theUnited State governments reveals Hamilton'beds naivete, or his amazing abilityfor self-déception. I agree, but not like total war, like mount and blade. Thesenators will become selected by the selected officials in each statégovernment (until the 17 th Variation in 1913), and becauseof the method of selection, these guys will be above small biases. The preeminent statesmen willbe elected by their compatriots to assist at the nationwide degree. Or make a back-up of another mod (if you have one installed) and extract the armor mods to that folder as well.
